Please take advantage of our shipping promotions, as they save you much on your orders shipping costs. Shipping methods will be calculated based on flat rate shipping fees. In the event that additional charges may apply, we may modify your order and notify you after the order has been processed.

APO FPO  We Ship to APO/FPO!

If you are living overseas and have an APO/FPO type address, we will send your shipment via US Postal Service Priority Mail.  Shipping depending on location typically takes 3-5 days to leave CONUS and then depends on efficiency of the military postal system at your location.  Generally, you can expect the shipping to take approximately 10 days.

FedEx will not ship to a P.O. Box.

Any order submitted with a P.O. Box address will be placed on hold until a non-P.O. Box address can be obtained via email. All addresses must be a physical address.

FedEx Home Delivery

Cost of shipping is based on total order value.

Delivery Times 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Check transit times.
Service Days Tuesday–Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Service Days Monday–Friday, with Saturday pickup available in many areas for an additional charge.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

Herbalife Shipping Standards:

For our Herbalife products, we employ Herbalife's Standard Operating Procedures. Shipping standards are provided below to better serve your expectations and ensure consistent quality service.

Orders placed before 12:00pm EST/PST will be sent to the warehouse the same business day. These orders normally ship the SAME day from either Memphis TN, or Los Angeles CA..

Orders placed after 12:00pm EST/PST will be sent to the warehouse the same business day. These orders normally ship the NEXT business day from either Memphis TN, or Los Angeles CA.

Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days. There are no shipments made during weekends or holidays.

Orders placed between the 25th and the 3rd of the following month may experience delays in shipment due to backlog of orders at Herbalife's distribution centers.

Once your order has been submitted to Herbalife's shipping warehouse, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order before placing it to ensure it is correct.

Occasionally, popular items are backordered at the Herbalife warehouse. Unfortunately, we are not informed beforehand if an item is on backorder. The backordered item will be shipped separately usually via USPS or in some cases FedEx. Backordered items cannot be cancelled or expedited once the order is sent to the Herbalife warehouse. If the backordered item was part of a larger Next Day or 2-Day shipping order, we cannot give you credit for the extra shipping charges for the partial order since Herbalife does not credit us.

Orders SHIPPED on a Friday using FedEx Overnight or 2nd Day, will arrive Monday or Tuesday respectively (Next business day.) Orders shipped with FedEx Overnight service will arrive by 3:00pm the next business day.

Order-Ship Time

Order-Ship time is the total time from the moment you place your order to the time you receive your order. This time accounts for several events which in some cases are controllable for us, and others which rely on the external agencies we deal with to get you your order. We cannot make any guarantees on the total shipping time.

Factors Affecting Order-Ship Time.

Herbalife International Inc. has an official policy of 24-48 hour shipment processing time. However, their normal operating times were discussed above this section in the respective country.

30-day Return Policy

We are committed to delivering effective, high-quality products and we offer customers Herbalife's 30-day money-back guarantee.

We accept returns for products that have been opened provided they are returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us for shipping address.

If you're not fully satisfied with a recent purchase, contact us and we can process your return. It's our way of guaranteeing your complete satisfaction.

To make a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us and let us know your problem.
  • We honor Herbalife's 30-day money back guarantee.
  • We accept returns for products that have been opened.
  • The customer is responsible for identifying the desire to be refunded within 14 calendar days from the product shipping date.
  • The returned products MUST be received by The Nutri Shop within 30 days of the product shipping date. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • The complete order MUST be returned for refund. Partial returns are NOT accepted.
  • Returned orders that received Free Shipping will have the originally waived shipping charges deducted from the return credit, minus a 5% processing fee.
  • A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund credit on all refunds.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund payment will be processed within 3 business days upon receipt of the products.
  • Refund payment will be sent via mail by check.
  • International Business Packs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange products you purchased, provided that the products are still sealed in original manufacture packing.

  • All exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Return costs for shipping and handling are non-refundable.
  • An additional shipping charge of $10 will be charged for shipping the replacement products.
